This controlled notice explains how information submitted through the Financy website is used and protected.
Scope and controller
Financy SARL is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. Our registered office is Forest Building, 4th Floor, Sin El Fil, Lebanon. Financy SARL is registered in Lebanon under Commercial Register number 1028253 and tax identification number 3814926. This notice is prepared in line with Lebanese Law No. 81/2018 on electronic transactions and personal data.
Information we collect
Through the enquiry, consultation, package, resource-request and updates forms we collect: your name (required); an email address or a telephone/WhatsApp number (at least one is required, both are welcome); and, where you choose to give them, your company name, preferred reply channel, service or package interest, and whatever you write in the message box (all optional). If you do not give your name and at least one contact method we cannot reply, and the form will not submit. We also record the page you were on, how you reached the site, any campaign reference, and security information used to detect abuse.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to review and respond to requests, prepare proposals, provide agreed services, maintain business records and protect the website. Marketing updates are sent only where the person has made a separate optional choice and can be stopped at any time.
Service providers and sharing
Financy does not sell personal information and does not share it for advertising. Information is processed on our behalf by the following categories of provider, each only to the extent needed to run this website: website hosting; managed database and file storage; transactional email delivery; website analytics and tag management; and messaging where you choose to contact us that way. Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights. We do not use advertising pixels that receive your enquiry details.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies support security, your consent choice and first-visit attribution, and cannot be switched off. Optional analytics cookies are set only after you accept them. If you choose "Necessary only", we still count your visit anonymously, without cookies and without any information that identifies you. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie controls.
Retention and security
We keep enquiries that do not lead to an engagement for 24 months, so we can recognise you if you come back and can evidence how a request was handled. Where an engagement follows, the related records are kept for 10 years in line with the record-keeping periods applying to commercial and accounting records in Lebanon. Marketing consent records are kept while consent stands and for 24 months after it is withdrawn, so we can show that the withdrawal was honoured. Website security and access logs are kept for 12 months. Financy applies access controls, encrypted transport, audit history and managed providers, while recognising that no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Questions and rights
To ask about your personal information, request access or correction, object to a use, or raise a privacy concern, contact info@financy.me or telephone +961 81 131 073. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any update we send or by writing to us; withdrawing it does not affect a service enquiry already in progress. We acknowledge privacy requests within the same business day and respond as soon as the request has been reviewed. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Website Use and our Professional Services Disclaimer, both linked at the foot of every page.
