Available copies, originals, certifications, translations, missing items and unverified information are distinguished clearly.
Conflict and authority checks
Party authority, conflicts and required approvals are considered before confidential records or instructions are shared.
No guaranteed outcome
Timing, registration, finance, certificates and authority decisions depend on third parties and cannot be guaranteed by Financy.
Clear scope before commitment.
01Does Financy provide legal title opinions?+
Legal opinions and reserved legal work remain with an appropriately qualified lawyer or professional. Financy can coordinate the property file, financial information, questions and agreed specialist workstream.
02Can Financy value the property?+
Financy can clarify the purpose and coordinate the property facts, documents and qualified valuer where a formal valuation is required. The responsible professional and report basis are confirmed in the engagement.
03Can you guarantee a transfer, certificate or loan approval date?+
No. Completion depends on document readiness, parties, specialists, lenders and authorities. Financy tracks the process and dependencies but cannot guarantee third-party decisions or timing.
04Can inheritance and ownership transfer be handled together?+
They can be coordinated as connected workstreams, but the legal route, parties, approvals and documents must be confirmed before the scope is agreed.
05Are government, lawyer, surveyor or valuation fees included?+
They are separate unless the written proposal explicitly includes a stated third-party amount. The property scope should show Financy fees, authority fees and specialist fees distinctly.
