Financy — Integrated Business Advisory
SOL-06 · Connected employer and employee administration

Run payroll and social-security work through one controlled employee lifecycle.

Connected payroll and social-security support across the employer and employee lifecycle.

Problems we solve

Start with the friction, risk or decision—not a technology or procedure list.

01

Payroll inputs arrive informally

Joiners, leavers, salary changes, attendance and deductions are received through disconnected messages without a controlled cut-off.

02

Employee records are inconsistent

Identity, contract, salary, registration and benefit information is stored in different places or has not been updated.

03

Registrations are delayed

Employer or employee requirements, documents, owners and authority follow-up are not organised in one workflow.

04

Declarations do not reconcile

Payroll, contribution records, accounting entries and submitted information contain unexplained differences.

05

A status or benefit action is pending

Salary changes, family allowance, medical coverage or end-of-service procedures need coordinated documents and approvals.

06

A penalty or clearance issue exists

The business needs a structured review of periods, records, correspondence and unresolved balances.

Payroll and NSSF starting point

Choose the employer or employee action that must happen first.

This preview connects payroll and NSSF procedures through one employee lifecycle. It does not calculate an employee result or determine an authority position.

What do you need to address first?

Select one option to see the recommended starting point.

General guidance only. Calculations, contribution treatment, forms and authority steps depend on approved employee facts and current requirements.

Privacy and access

Payroll and employee information is limited to defined users and handled through the agreed secure process.

03

Reconciliation and review

Material changes and payroll totals are reviewed against approved inputs, prior periods and agreed contribution records.

Submission evidence

Authority-controlled steps, payments and outcomes are tracked separately from Financy preparation and coordination work.

Questions before you start

Clear scope before commitment.

01What information is needed before each payroll?+

The agreed input normally covers approved employee records, joiners, leavers, salary or status changes, attendance-related items and deductions. The exact cut-off and responsibilities are set for the engagement.

02Can Financy register the employer and employees with NSSF?+

Financy can coordinate the information, forms, documents and agreed authority steps. The exact path depends on the employer, employee facts, current requirements and authority process.

03Can you help with employee leavers and end-of-service procedures?+

Yes. The scope can organise the approved employment information, calculations or supporting records, deregistration and authority-related documentation, with specialist advice involved where required.

04Can Financy guarantee removal of a penalty or issue a clearance?+

No. Financy can review the records, coordinate explanations and follow-up, and track the authority process. Decisions and documents controlled by an authority cannot be guaranteed.

05How is confidential payroll data protected?+

The engagement defines authorised contacts, access, transfer method, records and retention. Production systems and integrations remain subject to the approved security design.
